Our least viewed

Here are the three least viewed dogs on the blog. Next up will be the three most viewed dogs!

Gate dog

Just outside of the entrance to IISC (Indian Institute of Science Campus) on the street are two things, one a small shoe selling business and also a dog. This dog, Jack, is reliably there and is quite the cute puppy!

Note: The shoe sellers are not here in this picture, they just weren't around that day.

Housing Dog

Alright so if you go way back to February there was  a dog who spent a few days chilling on the steps that lead up to our housing. This was pretty amazing and so I took some pictures of it that are only now being released, I hope you guys enjoy Flop!

Medical dog

So we have had a stomach bug going around in the house which has prompted several trips to the local apothecary. Just outside the shop this dog who I have named Lazy has been flopped. Despite hanging around an apothecary he doesn't seem to care much about others!

A second blog

So I only will only be in India for about three more weeks. Once I leave I won't continue to upload here anymore. However continuing high school I will continue to travel the world and see interesting places. Khadi is two things, one is a type of Indian weaving that was also a part of Gandhi's independence ideology. The other is a cute doggy who I found laying outside a sari exhibition.

So I recently encountered Fatty again and she ate three whole biscuits. Here's a cute picture of her begging for more.

The new restaurant dog

Over the past few weeks I've started to see a new dog at our local cafe. This adorable brown and white dog is always nestled into a corner or flopped next to a wall, so please welcome Flop! So sorry this is so late.

Jewish dogs?!

While I was in Kerala, a coastal town in south India, I went and visited Jew Town, which once had a lot of Jews but now only has five or six very elderly Jews, they all left/died so it's not much of a Jew town anymore. Just outside of Jew Town at a nearby palace I found a large group of dogs, are they Jewish, let me know what you think.

A little too friendly......

A bit under a week ago I got to meet and two dogs. A pit bull and a rottweiler. Both were very friendly and so excited to jump on me and give me kisses that they knocked me on the ground despite their owner best efforts to hold them back, so strong!

An Actual Street Dog

So all the dogs who have come up so far have not actually lived out in a city, while we were out shopping I saw several dogs actually living on the city streets. So please welcome Bushy, so named for his large tail.

Selfie with Tata!!!

Just this afternoon I was feeding Tata and was able to get a selfie with my favorite dog in India. He is very lazy but he kindly held his head up long enough for me to get the picture, I hope you guys enjoy!

While walking back to my apartment I saw a couple of dogs in the woods right by it. I have named these dogs Jack and Caroline, so here they are!

New month, new dog

Since it's now February I thought it would be cool to kick off the new month with a new upload. Today I'm bringing in poor old Scrap. This dog got his name due to his permanent limp and missing ear tips. The poor puppy has clearly been in a lot of fights but he's still a nice doggy.

An Imposter!!!?!

So a few days ago while walking to the local supermarket I saw this saucy dog napping on the road. The dog had a very similar fur color and pattern to the infamous dog Cow. It would seem that I have found an imposter. I hope everybody likes Imposter the dog.

Feeding the Dogs

So I recently got some dog biscuits to feed to some of the puppies around campus. They seem very happy with these and here are some cute pictures of Tata, Shepard, and Fatty being fed.

Faculty Dog

Since I have been by the faculty hall several times I have become very familiar with a certain face. This face belongs to Tata, a dog I have named after the founder of the institute.

Finally, my favorite dog in IISC

So last post I introduced Shepard, who hangs out at Prakruthi. He is not the only one who does so though, one of the others is perhaps my favorite dog on IISC campus (Indian Institute of Science) so here she is. Her name is.... Fatty :)
